We have two new additions to the driveway: Zipcars! Welcome to hybrid Nissan Altima "Arcia" and Honda Civic "Cirilli." So far they've been very popular in the neighborhood. They're hardly ever in their spots!
Since there are a couple of units for sale, I'm going to talk up the building and community. The location can't be beat; it only takes minutes to walk to the Red Line, Malibu beach, and is close to Rt 93. Many restaurants and essential shops are located within walking distance. The building and grounds are professionally managed, many of the units are pet friendly, and there's a parking spot for every unit. We have a huge common back yard, and most of the units have exposed brick, high ceilings, large windows and light-filled rooms. It's a great place to live!
